Requirements of the Baylor Nurse / RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Valid RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License
Current CPR
Experience of the Baylor Nurse / RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
At least 1 (one) year experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
