Batch Maker/Material Handler 2Nd/3Rd Shift

Key responsibilities / tasks of the position
• Supply all Packaging and Raw Materials to the production lines as required
o Supply Pallets, Assembled Boxes, Zipties, Tape, pads and other packaging as needed
o Consume and supply expense items as required: Waste bags, etc...
• Operate and Maintain the Box Erector/Bag insertor
o Perform Daily/shift maintenance and cleaning
o Load, Operate and Operate the machine safely according to procedure
o Provide Notifications to Maintenance of any repairs required
• Pre-Batch Support
o Replenish raw materials in the pre-batch bins as requested by the Batchers.
o Transact material moved from WH to PSA as well as all material that is expensed.
• Production support
o Fill minipack & 10 kg re-pack orders
• Other / additional responsibilities
o Participate in shift/team meetings
o Forklift certified
o Basic SAP knowledge required for Material Handling
o Interact with co-workers, peers and supervisor in a constructive, productive and
cooperative manner to meet production needs
o Participate in Liberated Organization activities
o Follow the requirements for AITF, ISO 14001 and 9001 systems
o Clear production floor of released finished goods (Warehouse Support)
o High rack finished goods (Warehouse Support)
o Other duties as assigned
