The Batch Maker will be responsible for the manufacturing of bulk food products to be filled and packed as required by the daily production schedule. This operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory food services procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret formulas to determine product specifications, processing information, and technical information.
- Operating and tending machines to mix or blend a variety of food products.
- Using testing equipment to test samples of products to ensure compliance.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment necessary for the manufacturing of food products.
- Knowledge of transfer valves, pumps, etc to transfer bulk products from manufacturing to run tanks.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating in a fast-paced facility.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Motivated to work independently.
