Basketball Recruiter

As a Nike sponsored AAU Basketball Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented young players who can benefit from the exposure and development opportunities that Nike provides.

• You will work closely with Nike's regional and national staff, as well as with AAU coaches and directors, to build relationships and evaluate prospects.
• You will also organize and attend scouting events, camps, tournaments, and showcases, where you will represent Nike's brand and values.
• You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for basketball and youth development.
• You will also need to have a high level of integrity and professionalism, as you will be expected to follow Nike's code of conduct and ethical standards.
