Position: Baseball Field Renovation Contractor

Job Summary:
As a Baseball Field Renovation Contractor, you will be responsible for executing renovations and reforms on baseball pitching mounds, softball lanes, and home plate areas. This is a contractor-based position with paid training and provided tools. Utilizing compact tractors with buckets and backhoes, you will streamline the renovation process, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform renovations on baseball pitching mounds, softball lanes, and home plate areas according to company standards.
-Operate compact tractors with buckets and backhoes to eliminate manual labor and ensure efficient workflow.
-Adhere to established systems and processes to maintain quality workmanship.
-Schedule and complete assigned renovation projects within designated timeframes (4-8 hours per job).
-Communicate effectively with the management team to coordinate job scheduling and ensure smooth operations.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $20/hour during training; $30/hour once training is complete.
Contractor-based position with flexibility to choose workdays according to personal schedule.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
