Bartender/Cashier

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities```

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Sales: Strong sales skills to upsell food and beverage items

- Catering: Knowledge of catering services and ability to assist with event planning

- Food service: Experience in the food service industry, including knowledge of food handling and safety protocols

- Clover POS: Proficiency in using Clover POS system or similar point-of-sale software

- Retail math: Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management

- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

- Cash register: Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately

- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Hospitality: A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine desire to create a positive experience for guests
