Station Craft is looking for qualified Bartenders to join our team! Candidate must have strong beer, liquor, and wine knowledge, an enthusiastic personality, customer service experience, and a sincere passion for the hospitality business. Must have excellent communication, work ethic, and a positive attitude!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, with the goal of engaging the guest in conversation, creating regulars, and maximizing the customer experience
- Educate guests about the staple and seasonal beers available on the current draft menu and the difference between styles
- Follow established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Help maintain culture and positive vibe of the brand experience of Station Craft
- Must be driven, have a positive attitude, and a solution-based and go-getter mentality
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service to every guest to make them feel valued
- Provide service to each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently
- Ensure consistent stocking of kegs, wine, glassware, etc.
- Conduct proper cash handling and sales through the POS system
- Adhere to safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service policies and procedures
- Maintain comfort and cleanliness throughout the bar and bartender work area
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- Have a passion for beer and the craft beer industry
- Possession of or the ability to possess all-state required work cards
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- ABC or TIPS Certification
- Responsible Beverage Server Certification
- Food Handler Card
- Cicerone Certified Beer Server (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years+ bartending experience
- Experience working in a high volume fast-paced environment
- Experience making craft cocktails
