ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take orders from customers or Cocktail Waitress.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, etc. to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine and draft beer or bottled beer.
- Collects money for drinks served.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses to provide a neat and attractive display.
- Slices and pits fruits for garnish.
- Follows all point-of-sale procedures.
- Balances cash drawer.
- Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
- Must be knowledgeable about Craft Beers, craft liquors and Craft Beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
