The Mixologist:

-Demonstrate a charismatic enthusiasm for classic and modern cocktail culture with warm, unpretentious, and knowledgeable hospitality.

-Ability to customize and adjust drinks based on customer preferences.

-Craft extraordinary, palate-pleasing cocktails that leave guests speechless.

-Innovate and create signature drinks that set us apart in the culinary landscape.

-Possess an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

-Cultivate and build relationships with customers and regulars.

-Ability to handle intoxicated customers responsibly.

Restaurant Management:

-Support our General Manager in implementing a new cocktail experience in our wine lounge.

-Lead and inspire the bar and restaurant team to deliver top-notch service.

-Manage wine and spirits inventory, ensuring a well-stocked bar and smooth restaurant operations.

-Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards.

-Help train and develop employees to excel and deliver excellence to our customer’s experience.
