Specialty Perimeter Conceptz, Inc. (SPC) a premier supplier of Turn-Key Barrier Cable Systems, Fencing and Railings throughout the Southeast from Florida to Texas and North to Virginia. SPC’s client base includes some of the largest general contractors in the country. We work with our clients to provide design services, materials and installation. We are currently seeking Construction Installers for Barrier Cable, Fence & Railing Installation. Candidates must have prior construction field leadership experience be self-motivated, reliable and responsible as well have good people skills while working as part of a team on large commercial construction sites. Our installers go through a training program while working as part of a crew. Duration of this training depends on the time taken to attain the skills necessary. Installers have the opportunity based on performance to advance into a Foreman Position where they will lead an installation crew.

Position: Construction Installers - Barrier Cable, Fence & Railing Installation

Position Location: Fortson, GA

Description of work:

• Travel to project location in company vehicle.
• Typically, home every weekend.
• Occasional weekend stays could be required.
• Install steel supports to concrete via bolting or welding.
• Install Barrier Cable system using hydraulic stressing gear.
• Install fencing and railing systems per plans and specifications.

Education and Experience:

• Prior Field Construction experience required.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in Post-Tensioning Industry and/or Barrier Cable Installation is a plus but not required. Will Train.

Required Skills:

• Must speak English.
• Ability to take direction and perform specific tasks without direct supervision.
• Ability to use construction tools such as rotary hammer drills, grinders, etc.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Must be able to pull lengths of steel cable through supports repeatedly bending to ground level.
• Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen and DOT physical.

Job Type: Hourly Full-time with Overtime.

Compensation: $15.00-$25.00 Based on Experience.
