SalaryLake George Coffee Company and Charlie's Bar & Kitchen at the Courtyard by Marriott is seeking staff to work with us year round in a position for Barista/Supervisor.
This is a customer facing position with multiple engagements with the guests every day. You must be a positive person that can happily interact with both customers and co-workers.
Typical customer responsibilities include making & serving coffee, lattes, iced coffee and other beverages, taking and serving to-go orders, and generally providing excellent customer service. Also responsible for related inventory and ordering, training and supervising baristas.
Applicants with retail and supervisory experience encouraged. We are seeking a person who enjoys attention to detail and being part of the management team.
Full time hours for 5 days a week 6:30am-2pm. Weekends required.
This is a tipped and overtime eligible position, averaging $20+/hour.
