Berry Blendz is a local owned smoothie, fresh squeezed juice and sandwich shop that is looking to add to our amazing Barista team. We will be hiring for several position including full and part time day, evenings, and weekends. We are flexible and maybe able to work your school schedule. We are closed all major holidays! Store operation hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 7:00pm. The average cash tips that are taken home after each shift range from $4.00 - $10.00 per hour. These position requires you to be on your feet most of the time, which includes pouring and mixing drinks, making smoothies, juices, and sandwiches, taking customer orders and answering questions about our products. An ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment but it is not required. Must have passion for excellent customer service. We offer a flexible schedule and maybe able to work around your school and college schedule. We offer on the job training, training at your own speed along with a fun work environment. We have the best team! Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and touch pork, beef, fruit, and peanuts. This is not a seasonal or just a summer position. We are looking for a long term team member.

Barista $12.00 ($15.00 - $20.0 per hour w/tips)

Lead $15.00 - $22.00 with average tips

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a welcoming and calm atmosphere for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Barista Supervisor.
• Address customer complaints.
• Perform general cleaning of the store.
• Listen to and address concerns of registered customers.
• Jump on counter during a shoplifter incident.
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner.
• Give change to customers when requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
