```Duties```
- Prepare and/or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collect payment from customers and return change
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients, glassware, and other supplies
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Brewing: Knowledge of different types of beers, wines, and spirits
- Catering: Experience in providing beverage service for special events or catering functions
- Help: Willingness to assist other staff members as needed, such as bussing tables or restocking supplies
- Hospitality: Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Banquet: Familiarity with serving large groups at banquets or events
- Food service: Understanding of food service regulations and best practices for handling food safely
- Cash handling: Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Cash register: Experience using a cash register or point-of-sale system to process payments
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper techniques for handling and storing food items to prevent contamination
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
