We are looking to hire people who are motivated, driven and takes initiative. Full-time or Part-time positions are available!
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee & tea drinks that meet Caffeine quality standards.
- Prepare and serve food while ensuring consistency in regards to both taste and presentation. Must follow recipe. Modify as needed per customer request.
- Must ensure that enough ingredients are prepped for the day to run a smooth shift.
- Must keep the cafe clean and organized at all times. Using down times to tidy up the space and keep up with dishes.
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns and complaints in a polite & efficient manner.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 yrs old.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Hospitality and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
