Barista/Barback

Prineville/Redmond Coffee Company is looking to hire a couple additional Barbacks with the potential to turn into Baristas.

I am looking for someone with a personality, who knows how to work. Someone who is willing to learn, grow, have a great time and offer amazing customer service to our customers.

Don’t apply if you are cranky please! We really are HaPpY people and cranky just does not fit in well around here. If you need a 100 smoke breaks or enjoy calling in sick like 3 Monday’s a month, just dont do it... please lets not waste your time or mine.

If you have a fun, easy, outgoing personality, has a lot of hustle and you are interested you can pick up an application at the shop or download one here! Can handle sarcasm? That is a bonus. Does not need someone to baby sit them -Preference will be given to those with past barista experience.

Reality is we are a fun group that is looking for someone who wants to be here for the long run, we are not looking for a short 2-3 month commitment it takes us to long to train someone for that, and is way to expensive for a small business.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3pm and Weekends 7:30am to 2pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.20 - $17.75 per hour
