This Barista position builds the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with timely service, quality beverages and products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners.
- Provides quality food and beverages products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Performs cashier functions ringing up purchased items.
- Ensures accuracy in balancing cash, credit card and room charge transactions.
- Maintains condiment bar, coffee cadence and stock levels in production areas. Including stock levels and cleanliness for cups, sleeves, ice, espresso beans and brewed coffee.
- Manages café’s cleanliness by maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that staff can locate resources and product as needed and emptying any necessary garbage.
- Delivers room service orders in a timely manner.
