The Exit 11 Barista is the face of our company and our customer service expert!
- As a manager, Flexibility is a MUST!
- Exit 11 is a 7 day a week business. As a manager you need to be able to cover shifts when needed at a moments notice.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Exit 11 Coffee
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes-first attitude and connecting with the customers
- Discover and responds to customer needs
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes
- Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Represent the brand professionally by following the dress code standards
RESPONSIBILITIES (TRAINING PROVIDED):
- Memorize all espresso, coffee and specialty beverages, food items and descriptions
- Know how to prepare and serve all Exit 11 menu items
- Stock inventory and supplies
- Have a thorough knowledge of the espresso machine, coffee brewers, grill and know how to properly operate all onsite equipment
- Prepare iced, blended and hot espresso and coffee drinks
- Treat all customers and employees with respect and dignity ensuring a positive customer experience and team environment
- Maintain composure and a calm demeanor with any customer and co-worker issues
- Handle cash, close drawer and prepare deposits
- Clean all equipment and workspace
- Have a sense of urgency and efficiency
- Follow and complete the upkeep, opening, closing and cleaning lists daily
- Open and close the location efficiently and appropriately
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- MUST LOVE COFFEE!

- Experience in the service and hospitality industry
- Experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
