Joy Ambassador Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
- Welcome and Engage Customers
- Know Food and Drink recipes and standards for serving our products
- Cultivate and maintain an excellent experience for both employees and customers
- Serve and value our customers
- Know our Cash Handling and Register Operations
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Know your Employee Handbook
Requirements:

- Available for 25 hours minimum, weekends and Holidays
- CA food handler certified (obtain when hired)
- Completion of Pre-Employment Exams sent via email

- Basic Skills Test
- Video Interview
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.00 - $21.00/hr total compensation
- Closed on Sundays
- Complimentary Shift Drink
