Job Description:

As a Barista at Boarding Pass Coffee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee and service to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Coffee & Food Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and unique food items, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering recommendations.

3. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and POS transactions.

4. Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our coffee offerings, including their origins, flavors, and brewing methods.

6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required; we are willing to train individuals with a passion for coffee.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A positive and friendly attitude.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• Guest services: 2 years (Required)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
