You’ll also proudly serve fresh-baked pastries and made to order sandwiches prepared right in our shop. • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including specialty drinks, according to our established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation AND KITCHEN duties, including daily food preparation, assembling sandwiches, and following recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests and helping create connections with the people who make up our community.
• Contribute to working in a close team environment towards a common goal.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista, or in a similar customer service role preferred, but not required.
• Experience in food preparation AND KITCHEN operations preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in both coffee and food service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
