SalaryOur organization is seeking an experienced Cook and servers to provide superior level of service to our customers. If you are a self-motivated individual who maintains strong customer service skills and delivers quality food and beverages, we want to meet you. Our Cook/servers must maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times and will be responsible for serving food and drink items to customers in a timely manner, as well as bussing tables.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers and staff.
- Maintain an organized work space.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Plan menus in accordance with dietary requirements, allergies, and other client requests.
- Prepare foods to meet dietary requirements and preferences, such as low-fat, low-carbohydrate, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and halal.
- Prepare breads and desserts.
- Clean work areas, kitchen equipment, and work clothing regularly.
- Receive deliveries of food and supplies.
- Avoid unsafe food handling practices such as crossing from the back of the kitchen to the serving line without changing gloves; wash hands frequently; do not change hats or caps between cooking and serving or handling raw foods.
