Barber/Stylist

Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering and hairstyling services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, trims, and styling
- Perform hair coloring, highlighting, and other chemical treatments as requested by clients
- Offer advice and recommendations to clients on hair care and styling techniques
- Keep workstations clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in the industry
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering and hairstyling techniques
- Experience with eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair extensions is a plus
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and tracking client information
- Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products and increase revenue
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
- Willingness to mentor junior stylists and share knowledge and expertise
