ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and Team Member you may encounter (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure).
- This position will be responsible for stocking bars, private events, and liquor rooms with all beverages, products, and utensils in addition to maintaining the cleanliness of bars, refrigeration units and liquor rooms.
- Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars including washing glasses, filling ice bins, and cleaning floors and mats.
- Provide breaks for bartenders when needed.
- Establish a pleasant rapport with guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends.
- Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires.
- Accurate and efficient use of POS system.
- Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars.
- Maintain awareness of guests alcohol intake following training guidelines.
- Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all MD Department of Health standards.
- At end of shift restocks station for start of next shift.
- Maintain well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times.
- Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Helps maintain the self-service stations
- Declares tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery Agency and meet any credentialing requirements of the Maryland Gaming Control Board.
