Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the bar operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar area
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory control, food handling, and POS systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and mixology is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
