Bar Manager

Employee’s duties shall include, but are not limited to:

· Responsibility of location management, staff and overseeing scheduling requirements are met, including covering shifts when you cannot find an employee to do so.

· Accurate ordering and inventory control.

o Maintaining proper pars and inventory for supplies, food and liquor

o Weekly orders to be sent in on Sundays to your supervisor

o Responsibility for waste and managing product loss (accurate recording)

· Weekly video reviews

o Weekly recaps to be sent on Sundays to Director

· Updated bios and pictures of all staff sent to Director within 2 weeks of their hire date

· Daily maintenance and post on Facebook and other social media platforms

· Review and respond to reviews such as Yelp and Google

· Daily deposits paperwork (the facility only accepts electronic payments)

· Ensure all daily forms are in office at all times

· Ensure records for ATC are up to date and accessible by all employees

· Verify all employee time clock punches and tip sheets

· Ensure applications, grievance reports, personnel request forms, and incident reports are accessible to ALL employees at ALL times

· Monitor all conduct and ensure that business procedures are ALWAYS in accordance with city, state, federal, and ATC Law

· Maintain a valid Responsible vendors Card and Managers Permit and ensure ALL employees do so as well

· Verify employee proof of age documents and keep on site

· Sets a positive employee morale

· Maintain professional atmosphere and be responsible for all training

· Treat all guests, employees and anyone you come in contact equally and in a non-discriminatory manner

· Have full knowledge of all policies, company handbook, and guidelines

· Meeting deadlines

· and other duties as may be assigned by Employer from time to time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
