Education:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Culinary training
Experience & Requirements:
- Two years of experience in line cooking for a dinner house is required
- Experience in grilling, broiling, sautéing and steaming
- Must be fast and capable of working in different functions at one time and be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers
- Must have a valid Washington State food handler’s card
- Additional education and or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen
- Upon offer must obtain a Class IIIB Gaming License ($155 - $200)
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
