Our Banquets Department is involved from planning, setting up and executing events to the breakdown of the room so events happen again the next day – or even the next hour. The Banquet Server will serve guests’ needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This role has direct involvement with guests and good communication skills are required. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential! This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
Smart Serve certification is a must.
Preferred qualifications & skills
- At minimum 1 year of previous Banquet/Serving experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
- Additional language a definite asset for career growth
