To strive in your daily performance to ensure that the highest quality and level of service are provided to our Guests. Able to produce and create decorative cold salads and various displays for buffet and table presentations. Appetizer preparation and work together as a team whenever needed. Must have transportation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Prepare and cooks high-quality foods in accordance with the Our Standards
- Utilize basic knife skills, Attention to detail
- Can work as Team
- Creative in Presentations , Sushi a PLUS,
- Assure quality of food products by tasting, touching, and/or smelling
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas on a regular basis and on down times
- Follow correct sanitation and hygienic food handling practices.
- Follow and prepare any areas following chef's checklists
- Maintain your station and keep sanitary and clean at through and at end of shift
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Due to seasonal needs within the Hospitality Industry, it may be necessary to adjust schedules to meet the demands of our business.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain YOUR station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment at end of shift
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Schedule:
- Weekends required
- Night shift
- 10 hour shift
This Job Is:

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
