Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a banquet team to deliver outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of banquet events, from planning to breakdown, ensuring seamless operations.
• Work collaboratively with sales and catering to align banquet operations with guest expectations and company standards.
• Drive the recruitment, training, and development of team members, overseeing a staff of 5-20.
• Engage with guests to build relationships, encourage repeat business, and handle any concerns tactfully and professionally.
• Monitor financials, including department budget, profit and loss statements, payroll, and tip reports.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards, and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain inventories and manage the care, storage, and utilization of all banquet assets.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A combination of education and hands-on experience in F&B/hospitality, focusing on directing banquet services.
• Supervisory experience and a track record of successful team management.
• Technical proficiency with restaurant management software and standard office applications.
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate, or ability to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
