In the role of Banquet House Person your primary responsibilities are to set-up and takedown banquet operations in tandem with Banquet Captains and Servers. This position will report to the Banquet Captains and Banquet Manager.

• Able to lift up to 90 pounds.

JOB DUTIES

• Complete all banquet room set-up and breakdown.
• Ensure completeness of banquet room setup.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
• Pay attention to the clearing and setting of tables.

Frequently :

• Complete all coffee break set-up and breakdown.
• Complete all necessary side work to include filling and stocking salt/pepper shakers, stocking silverware, glassware and china.
• Attend required meetings.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies as assigned.
• Post reader boards with scheduled functions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
