Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00am-7:30pm

Monday/Wednesday: 10:00am-2:30pm

Banquet/Catering chef Responsibilities

• Process Company Procedures and Process.
• Food preparation is in accordance with planned product runs and in sufficient quantities.
• Inspects work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean.
• Ensures food is handled in a sanitary manner, including receipt, preparation, and storage.
• Ensures the standards of personal and area cleanliness are met by all staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

One-year related experience. some supervisory experience is helpful.
