Responsibilities:

• Banquet Service:
• Set up banquet rooms meticulously for exceptional guest experiences.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages with precision and grace.
• Keep the venue clean and organized during and after events.
• Event Assistance:
• Assist with setting up and organizing golf tournaments and special events.
• Provide information and assistance to participants and guests.
• Work closely with coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure event success.
• Customer Service:
• Exceed guest expectations by anticipating needs and providing prompt service.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
• Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
• Teamwork and Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Provide support to colleagues during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina for lifting and carrying equipment.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
