Now Hiring:  AMR Ambassador

Starting Pay:  $19.50 per hour

(5% increase upon completion of 90 probationary period)

Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring positive client relations, high customer service standards and maximizing services at the designated transfer services center.
• Initiate and maintain routine contacts at various levels of the designated Transfer Services Center in order to ensure smooth working relationships.
• Built solid relationships with personnel at various facilities and at the Transfer Services Center in order to promote services and assist in the identification of new business opportunities.
• Work with Business Development in developing effective communication between AMR Operations, Communications and Transfer Services Center personnel.
• Answer incoming calls from facilities and Transfer Service Center providers in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Coordinate scheduling of trips with facilities and Transfer Services Center providers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• One year of customer service experience is desired
• Must be familiar with local geography.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with complex problems involving a broad scope of issues while under pressure.
• Ability to effectively solve customer complaints in a timely manner by utilizing all tools available.

Knowledge and Skills

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must type 30 wpm.
• Must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
