The impact you'll have at Concora Credit:
This position will be responsible for supporting key bank partnerships for Concora Credit's credit card programs. The individual will support communications, routine and ad hoc requests for information and reports, and help facilitate routine compliance examinations.
Responsibilities
As our Bank Relationship Analyst, you will:
  • Be the secondary contact for Concora Credit's bank partners.
  • Respond to requests received from partner banks, and work with internal staff to obtain responses, information, and data.
  • Participate in regular meetings with bank and internal project meetings. Track all outstanding projects and requests between the banks and Concora Credit to facilitate clear communication about status, next steps, and to escalate any concerns about delays or problems.
  • Build and utilize personal knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the areas of credit card loan acquisition and servicing. Applicable areas include BSA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, TILA, Reg-Z, and several others relevant to the programs.
  • Make proposals to enhance controls, governance or other internal Concora Credit organizational changes that can enhance compliance and Bank Relationship outcomes.
  • Plan and work independently to prioritize, communicate, and complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • Communicate about project status, progress, and requests for assistance.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-5 years, or more, of professional experience.
  • Takes accountability for quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence business partners and stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of project management.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Enjoys working with others as part of a team.
