We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Intern who will report to our E-Commerce Account Manager or our E-Commerce Specialist.
Job Description
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity will provide you with insight into e-commerce business management and operations in the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture and business practices. You will work closely with our Ecommerce team to gain hands-on experience optimizing our e-commerce website and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
HOW YOU MAY CONTRIBUTE
• Produce weekly business reporting
• Assist with online catalog management (item mapping, uploading assets, sharing pricing changes with ecommerce partners)
• Partner with the content team to ensure product assets are accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with weekly site QAs, reporting issues and testing order experience
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, order backlog and stock
• Monitor ship-from-store KPIs
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and benchmarking competition
WHO YOU ARE
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and task-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong time management, organizational, & research skills
• Able to receive academic credit
• Able to work in our NYC corporate office
COMPENSATION
• $15/hour plus academic credit
Must be able to receive academic credit to be eligible
