Job Description
As a Facilities and Equipment Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Specialist), you'll be the backbone of our bakery operations. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facilities. Your role includes planning, directing, and overseeing maintenance, building operations, and compliance with company policies as well as local and government regulations. You'll also support the leadership team on initiatives concerning the maintenance of all equipment for team member safety, food safety, and sanitation, as well as new deployments and company initiatives.
