```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules for catering events or special orders
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with their bakery needs
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
