A day in the life:

• Acknowledge, greet and engage with guests by providing quality service.
• Receive guest orders and package finished products with presentation and care.
• Create and serve simple beverage items such as teas, coffees, and specialty drinks.
• Eloquently describe menu items, ingredients, and allergy information.
• Maintain and replenish items for business needs.
• Maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment.
• Follow opening and closing checklists.
• Assist other team members in other roles and in baking off pastries as needed.

What you bring to the table:

• Have a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be able to commit full-time/part-time.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Certified knowledge of Food Handling/Food Safety (Paid program complete within 30 days).
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to learn and operate Point of Sale system.
• Be able to think on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is important.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
