In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bakery department is a haven for delicious breads, pastries, cakes, and more. You'll work alongside our Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of bakers, and ensure our customers have a delightful experience.

Responsibilities:

• Baking Brilliance: Assist the Bakery Manager in all aspects of department operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Keeping it Fresh: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper product rotation to minimize waste, and place timely reorders to guarantee a constant flow of fresh-baked treats.
• Master of the Display: Create visually appealing and enticing bakery displays that showcase our products and tempt customers.
• Customer Connection is Key: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries with a smile, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the bakery shopping experience.
• Safety First: Prioritize food safety by adhering to strict hygiene standards and ensuring proper handling and storage of all bakery products.
• Helping Hands: Assist bakers with production tasks as needed, ensuring all products are created according to recipes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
