We are currently accepting applications for a full time baking position in our worker-owned cooperative. We are seeking people interested in becoming worker/owners with a medium- to long-term commitment. Experience in the restaurant/baking industry, as well as with democratically organized groups or cooperatives is preferred. Essential functions include:
-lift 50 lbs repeatedly
-flexible hours (early morning, late evening, and at least 1 weekend day)
-self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
-perform basic arithmetic
-ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
