Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Decorate donuts and pastries
- Various Mixing and prep work
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of all bakery products
- Collaborate with the restaurant and catering teams to fulfill orders and meet customer demands
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
