Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reside in North Carolina for a minimum of six months.
- Possess a valid NC ID or driver’s license.
- Meet or be eligible for the North Carolina Bail Bondsman license.
- No outstanding bail obligations.
- No violations of North Carolina General Statutes Article 71 Chapter 58 and Article 26 of Chapter 15A.
- Not disqualified under any state law to engage in the industry.
License Options:
- Non-licensed individuals required to commit to a 5-year contract.
- Licensed individuals NOT required but optional contract.

Job Description:
As a Surety Bail Agent, you play a crucial role in the Bail Bonding process. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assessing the qualifications of defendants for bond eligibility.
2. Completing bonding paperwork, accepting payments, and filing documents with the court.
3. Maintaining regular communication with the agency and submitting required paperwork promptly.
4. Participating in client apprehension efforts if a defendant fails to appear in court.
