Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake the best bagels this side of the Mississippi

- Follow recipes and ensure that the quality and consistency of baked goods meet company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation and baking is preferred

- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and consistent results

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the bakery industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
