This position requires punctuality, adherence to uniform guidelines, and clear communication with ticket agents. The Bag Runner/VBC must also assist with oversized bags and adhere to specific guidelines while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Punctuality and Preparation:**

- Arrive at work promptly at your scheduled time every day.

- Be in full uniform before clocking in.

2. **Reporting and Check-In:**

- Immediately report to the United ticket counter.

3. **Oversized Bag Handling:**

- Inform ticket counter agents when handling oversized bags.

4. **Communication and Leaves:**

- Notify ticket agents if you need to leave your counter for any reason

- Stay behind the counter, do not leave your counter without informing ticket counter agents.
