Job Description/Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Security, Parking and Transportation, the Badging Coordinator provides services to internal and external customers of the Security Department. This includes the issuing of identification badges for the hospital, tracking, editing, removing, and updating the access control systems data that contains the software for the badging systems, answering phone calls for Security related information and service, ensuring office supplies are stocked for the entire Security Department, and assisting the security supervisors, manager and director with the daily operations of the department.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of working knowledge of Pinnacle and CCURE security access control systems or similar systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service. Ability to interact in an extroverted and positive manner with diverse groups of people in a mature and customer service-oriented manner. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in working with other staff. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to respond quickly, proactively and calmly in a difficult or sensitive situation.
Technical Knowledge: Medium to high level of computer skills required, including experience with word, excel, outlook. Knowledge of computer printing equipment and trouble shooting
