Visionist has an exciting new, fully FUNDED opportunity for a Backend/Full Stack Developer on our Prime contract, where you will work with a team to display data to analysts in a safe and secure environment in order to make it actionable to users. This team is responsible for developing parsers and displays that convert and enrich data into meaningful intelligence views. You will have the opportunity to gain experience with Docker, Puppet, Jenkins, Ansible, Gitlab Pipelines, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Work with UI developers to determine necessary data to be displayed
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 14 years of experience in software development
- Experience using Java, JavaScript, Swagger, Maven, Git, and Nexus
- Experience with Linux
