We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist (ENT) to join our team. As a Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple physicians in the office. Your main duties will include organizing fax boxes, reviewing and maintaining accurate letters, charting reports, medication prior authorization, answering phone calls, and appropriately documenting information in EMR system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and disperse fax boxes for multiple physicians
Review and maintain accurate letters for multiple physicians
Chart reports for multiple physicians
Medication prior authorization for multiple physicians
Appropriately document information in EMR system
Answer phone calls, phone messages, alert/flags, and desktop questions in a timely manner
Assist with clerical duties

EDUCATIONS: CMA, LPN, Bachelor in Health Related Field
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge of GE-Centricity software preferred
- Prior experience with an Electronic Health Record is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
- Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team-members and other co-workers.
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
- Adheres to all HIPAA privacy and security regulations and guidelines
