Line Cooks, Fry Cooks, Bakers, Dishwashers and more. Back of House (BOH) Team Members are the heart of the kitchen; whether it is managing the dish pit, prepping with fresh ingredients, cooking, frying, baking, and building each dish to order, our BOH Team Members ensure our kitchen delivers amazing food.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other Team Members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun!
