Overview:
Finca is an award winning chef driven, farm to table and all wood fired, restaurant opening in May at the River Street development in Historic San Juan Capistrano.
Half of the Finca menu is all vegetables and based on the daily harvest, and as such changes constantly. The 2nd half of the menu is creative and consistently high quality, house dry-aged, burgers. Everything at Finca is made from scratch.
The Finca Team is currently hiring for multiple Back of the House positions within our organization. We offer a variety of roles and opportunities for individuals looking to join our team. Whether you are seeking an entry-level position or are an experienced cook, we have a position that may be the right fit for you.
