Childhood fundamentals is an early childhood resource and Professional Nanny agency with a focus on everything KIDS! We operate our agency, run a facebook group filled with Nannies and parents for easy connections, offer free background checks and operates Ohio's first Nonprofit organization for Nannies.

Childhood fundamentals is seeking dynamic caregivers for our on call and back up job postings in northeast ohio. These positions are great for individuals seeking a flexible schedule and looking to grow in the nanny/babysitting industry.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitters/Nannies to join our family. As a Babysitter/Nanny, you will be responsible for providing safe, attentive and nurturing care to children. Some duties include, but not limited to:

- Supervising and monitoring the safety of the children in your care

- Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate the children

- Changing diapers and assisting with potty training

- Preparing meals and snacks for the children

- Assisting with homework and school projects

- Organizing playdates and outings for the children

- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for the children

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in babysitting, caregiving, or related roles

- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool-age development

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred)

- Experience as a Nanny or working in an educational setting

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
